Before we arrive, have these ready:

An outdoor power outlet we can plug into
Access to a hose or water source nearby
Everything cleared out of the car. Glove box, center console, cup holders, door pockets, seat backs, and trunk.
A way to pay when we finish. Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay tapped at the car, or Zelle. No cash.

We clean around whatever is left in the car rather than moving it, so anything still inside means that spot does not get cleaned. An empty car is the difference between a good detail and a great one.
