Maintenance Interior is about an hour. Premium Interior runs 2 to 3 hours and Elite Interior 2.5 to 4, depending on size and how bad it is. On the outside, Premium Wash is 1.5 to 2 hours and Elite Detail 1.75 to 2.5. Condition matters more than size, so a neglected sedan can take longer than a clean SUV. You'll get a realistic time estimate at booking.

We come to you. Give us your address at booking and we show up at your home, driveway, or workplace. No drop-off, no waiting around at a shop.

On interiors, Premium covers the full clean: blowout, vacuum, mats out and scrubbed, every hard surface, leather cleaned, spot treatment on marks, door jambs and seat belts. Elite adds the seats being moved for the rails and underneath, dry agitation before any water, the extractor worked across every carpeted section rather than only the marks, headliner spots, and the plastics dressed. On the outside, Elite swaps the soap for a ceramic wash and adds a full wheel detail with the barrels done by hand, which is the part most washes skip. Both get the same higher-grade soap. It is mostly extra hand time. On interiors, Elite is the bigger jump: the Bissell SpotClean gets worked across every carpet and upholstery panel instead of just the stains, plus deep seat rail cleaning, headliner spots, Koch Chemie Leather Star on all leather, and Top Star on every plastic and rubber surface. Premium hits the stains. Elite hits everything. If your car hasn't been detailed in a while, Elite is the right call.

Yes. Maintenance Interior is a monthly visit that keeps a clean car clean, about an hour each time. It is built for interiors that are already in good shape, so it picks up after a Premium or Elite rather than replacing one. If we have detailed your car before you are set, and if not, send a few photos and we will tell you whether it is ready for it.

Yes, and it matters more than most people expect. Empty the glove box, center console, cup holders, door pockets, seat backs, and trunk before your appointment. We clean around personal belongings rather than moving them, so anything left behind does not get cleaned under. Loose bottles and receipts are no problem. If there is more than a grocery bag's worth of trash, or any food waste or liquids, a $25 removal fee applies and we photograph it before anything is moved. Emptying the car means that area does not get cleaned. An empty car is the difference between a good detail and a great one. It also keeps your belongings your own, since we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

You pay when the job is finished, never before. Walk the car with us first, and once you are happy with it we settle up on the spot. We take credit and debit cards, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, tapped right at the car. Card payments run through Square, so a receipt lands on your phone straight away. If you would rather send it from your bank, Zelle works too. We do not take cash. Every job leaves a record on both sides that way, which protects you as much as it does us.
